Lisa & Adam's Wedding
I am sorry Lisa that it has taken so long to get to blogging your wedding but your wedding was too much for a few of my favorites and I knew you kept saying you wanted your wedding blogged so...
Let me first say, I LOVE YOU GUYS.
Ahem... When I first met this couple I thought I was going to have a tough couple because they are both lawyers. Well to hell with stereotypes... they really are people and good people at that. Adam is superman in a suit helping the underdog. Lisa explained a little of what she does but I didn't understand it.
They are both very eclectic people with unusual tastes in music but it was good music. I got the sense that they look for the hidden beauty in life seeking out good music no one had heard yet. They were open to anything I asked them to do photographically as well and that just made everything run more smoothly.
They were married at the Mavris Culture Center which everyone should go to just to at least see. John Mavris has created a wonderful environment for brides and grooms and puts so much work into each event.
Enough of my babbling...

Hair done at 934? ft.wayne ave. downtown

The south corner of Mavris off East st.

SHOES!!! Everyone thinks I have a foot fetish but every bride should be able to show their future daughters or daughter-in-laws what kind of shoes she wore at their own wedding.

Guess which guy is having his face prepared for a shave at Red's Barber downtown?

This baby's face has too much character. I feel telepathic thoughts or something... I know what you are thinking baby...

Reds Barber downtown. This is where the guys got their whiskers sliced off ;)

What every man should read before his wedding. This book was on a shelf at Red's and we all had great giggles going through it.

BEAUTIFUL DRESS. I really like the way the green sash plays on the color through out the day and in many ways I don't think it was intentional but for maybe on a subconscience level.

Isn't he handsome? Very GQ

She is walking down the steps to drive on over to meet Adam.

Even more GQ don't you think? We had to go back in because it was toasty outside all dressed up.

Lisa likes the wall too.

American Gothic don't ya think?

WEEEEEE!!!

Smoooches!

More smooches right off the circle so we can see the capitol building.

My big fashion ring light strobe put to use. It is like the cover of a conservative Maxim magazine.

Next to the heliport

Cute Ring bearer didn't bring rings... he came with... a warning :)

Lisa said he is the best flute player in all of Indiana. He is a close friend of the couples but seemed to be the type of person who could be friends with anyone as soon as you met him. And he reminds me of one of my favorite actors... Chiwetel Ejiofor (a british actor) I like movies no one has heard of so I do understand your musical tastes ;)

"The Best Dude" or better known as the bride's brother. She wanted him as a maid-of-honor but he looked better in the tux.

The kiss!

This is the lovely view from Mavris of downtown. How cool is that!

TUNNEL DANCE!!! I always think it is so fun to see this.

Can you guess which Madonna song was playing? Who remembers? Lisa apparently loves Madonna.

These guys are great. Digital DJs. I reccommend 4 DJs to all the couples that come in the door and these are one of my favorites. Lots of good DJs out there but not all have their spunk. Take a look at the vendors links on the blog for some of our favorite wedding professionals.
